Overall designs are copyright of Rustic Rascal Papercraft. You, or a third party, cannot copy or reproduce designs in any way. It takes a lot of time, brain power and imaginative creativity to make the things I make, so please be respectful. In the same way that Rustic Rascal will never copy or reproduce anyone else’s work, even if this is requested of me. That’s why Originality is one of my core business values.
Some fonts featured may not be property or copyright of Rustic Rascal Papercraft and are used under a purchased commercial licence and should, therefore, not be used or re-produced without prior consent of the creator of such font. Rustic Rascal Papercraft does not claim to own or hold copyright over such fonts.
Some items feature small or detachable parts (including stick-on embellishments or ribbon/string, for example). It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure these are kept out of reach of children and animals. Rustic Rascal Papercraft accepts no accountability for any harm caused due to detachable parts being undone or becoming loose and potentially unsafe through the unintended use of their products.
Because ALL my wedding stationery is handmade, sometimes finishes, colours and textures can vary slightly and may not be 100% identical, however, I will do the best I can with my human hands.
Some colours on screen may appear slightly different to the colour in person, the screen you use will affect how an image appears online, order samples to avoid disappointment!
Unfortunately, because of the nature of certain items, unless the following orders arrive damaged or defective, I won’t be able to accept returns or exchange requests for:
o Customised, personalised or bespoke orders
For damaged, defected, returnable items please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. Ship back to me within 30 days of delivery. This is if your actual stationery inside the parcel has arrived below standard.
Postage and packaging is included in your order price, and large orders will require a signature on delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged (during transit for example), you must write “damaged” when signing for the parcel and report this to Rustic Rascal Papercraft within 24 hours via email. Failure to do so will impede any claim that is made and will mean Rustic Rascal Papercraft cannot replace your items free of charge.
You have 24 hours after placing an order to cancel at no cost. After this 24 hour period, I generally don’t accept cancellations unfortunately, and refunds won't normally be given for cancellations made after 24 hours. The reason for this is because I will start prepping your items and order in the supplies to make your order 24 hours after your order is placed, and I can't refund once I've paid for supplies and work has begun (my time isn't free). But please contact me if there is a problem with a customised order that you’ve placed to see what we can work out.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs of all other orders eligible for returns
Cheques are not accepted... It’s 2020 folks.
Please ensure the information you supply for your stationery is the final draft and has been checked thoroughly by yourselves for spelling errors first. You will then be asked to approve proofs as well for the avoidance of Rustic Rascal Papercraft being held accountable for any clerical errors to the details. Where Rustic Rascal Papercraft has made a genuine mistake, replacement items will be sent at no extra cost or an appropriate refund will be given, whichever the buyer prefers.
Proofs are free of charge and there is no maximum amount, but let's be sensible about it, I can't guarantee to be sending proofs all through the night.
Production times apply from the moment you approve your proofs. e.g if something takes 4 weeks production time, but you take 2 weeks to confirm the proofs are ok, then that's a 6 weeks wait! It's so important that you get back to me to approve proofs asap to avoid delays to your order. This applies to all customised, personalised orders, including cards and art prints etc, not just wedding stationery.
You agree to Rustic Rascal Papercraft using images of your order to promote their services online and across social media platforms, If you do not consent to pictures of your order being shown online, you must confirm this with Rachael during the order process via email/message. I will not post spoilers, and I will pixelate any spoiler details on images that I'm too excited not to share in advance of your event taking place!

What Information is collected
In order for me to fulfill your order, you provide me with personal data such as your name, contact details e.g. email address and/or telephone number, postal address and the details of the item that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information if you contact me directly. Generally I shouldn’t require any more than information that what is listed here, however you are welcome to provide me with extra info if you wish to do so.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
As needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may withdraw at any time,
if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, for example Royal Mail. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business in future, I may be required to disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
